Weather wc 30th March

Chay and I are always very concerned about the weather whenever we have fireworks he more because he thinks that the fireworks may get wet and not go off correctly but I am concerned about flaming rockets being blown onto the roof or more alarmingly that they might end up in a bedroom. However right on Schedule on Friday when we had a display the wind dropped the rain ceased and the show went without a hitch although we will I am sure be retrieving the spent rockets for days to come as as soon as the poked their heads above the shelter of the hill the still breeze from the east took then out to the west!

Anyway whats ahead for the next week., Well the adage is April Showers and it looks like this April will be no exception to the rule at least during the first week but at least the wee bit more warmth will help the newly seeded first fairway germinate and we may start seeing the green shoots of growth!

Sunday: Rather cloudy at first with outbreaks of rain becoming brighter with scattered showers for the afternoon. Fresh westerly winds.

Monday: Bright with occasional showers and a bit less windy.

Tuesday: A spell of rain will develop during the morning with showery weather following.

Wednesday: Dry at first but more rain will develop.

Thursday : It is set to start the with scattered showers or longer outbreaks of rain, and will be windy on the Hills

Friday:At last the conditions are set to improve, becoming dry with sunny spells in most parts.

Saturday: It should be a relatively dry, warm and sunny spring day!
