Helicopter invasion

I really should learn my lesson the first time. earlier this year i received a call asking if it was feasible to land 6 helicopters at Eriska, a bit like the MPs expenses it is feasible but should not really be done, but in a moment of madness I agreed. I had asimilar experience 5 years ago when I agreed to 15 helicopters and indeed they all arrived but fortunately they had booked the whole house and could only ddisrupt themselves, although I was left scurrying to check insurance small print just in case!!Copters 2

So once again we were invaded not by one machine from the sky but by 5 and fortunately they laded in quick successionand caused limited disruption and we were on high alert with window closing, umbrella leveling, cushion sitting to stop grass and debris being whisked into the house. I then however remembered that I had already agreed for another helicopter to visit the next morning to collect another  party. Was left standing on the front lawn looking to see if we could fit the next machine in! If it had been as simple as with cars and just hopping in a car and moving them closer together I wouldhave done so but I thought better of this when I saw the helicopters!! However I was lucky in that the next morning the party had departed before the collection party helicopter arrived so we never had too much space shortage but next time I will suggest landing zones on the driving range of the golf course with Buggy collection!!Copters

We've heard of one-upmanship but this is ridiculous. Tell us more.
